• 3 or more years engineering/software experience in the traffic detection industry, OR
• 3 or more years sales or marketing experience in a traffic information/data company, OR
• 3 or more years as a user of ours or competitors equipment, OR
•  Applications programming in the traffic data field especially large databases, OR
• 5 years plus experience in project management in the traffic industry, OR
• Other experience relevant to traffic data, ITS and/or communications.
